Due to demand from many HR executive, we developed a feature called e-Handbook for the your convenience! With employee handbook saved in the e-Leave HRM System, your employee is able to download e-Book from anywhere. Save printing, and easy update. Enhance your HR operation now.

Step 1:

  1. Go to Employee > Employee List.
  2. Click action > Upload File.

Step 2:

  1. Click Choose File and select file to upload.
  2. Tick e-Handbook.

Step 3:

  1. To view the uploaded file, go to Employee.
  2. Click Action.
  3. Click File List.

Step 4:

  1. Go to File List.
  2. Click Download File to view the file.
