Please key in all the information for Company. You can also Add Branches if you have. Then click Save.

5.1 e-Leave – Multi-Level approval

For 2nd Level approval, just repeat

Click the “+” sign
Click the search button
Select the Employee

4.7.3 View Leave Report

The report view by employee by leave type, days of leave, from date until to date with resume date. Reasons for the leave, status of the leave and date apply. Able to change status of the leave application to Pending, Approve, Reject or Cancel.

4.7.2 View Leave Application

Select the employee name, Leave dates from, Leave dates to and click search and you can see all the leave that has been applied, what leave type applied for, if there where any leave adjustment.

4.7.1 View UPL Report

You are able to select by date options → click searchYou are also able to sort or group by name, department, section, employee type, leave type and also date apply.All this information is also exported out to a file.

4.7 View e-Leave Report

You can view and export this e-Leave report with all the leave type with the taken and balance listed for each leave type

4.6 View Leave Approval

You are able to view, approve or reject all leave applications from your subordinates or employee under your supervision here.

4.5 View Leave Calendar

On this view you can see all the leave taken by your staff on a calendar month. You are also able to see each leave by clicking the calendar beside the employee name to view how many days the leave and also if it has been approved or still pending. No reject and canceled […]
