3.1 Company Info

5.0 Leave Multi-Level Approval

Go to HR > Approval Setting > Approval Set. Then click on “New Approv.”. Type your name and click “Save”. You can click “Edit Approval Table” to edit your name. Next click the “+” to add approval type name. Click on “Search icon” button. You can select any employee to approve.

4.7.3 View Leave Report

[one_half] [/one_half] [one_half] The report view by employee by leave type, days of leave, from date until to date with resume date. Reasons for the leave, status of the leave and date apply. Able to change status of the leave application to Pending, Approve, Reject or Cancel. [/one_half]

4.7.2 View Leave Application

[one_half] [/one_half] [one_half] Select the employee name, Leave dates from, Leave dates to and click search and you can see all the leave that has been applied, what leave type applied for, if there were any leave adjustment. [/one_half]

4.7.1 View UPL Report

[one_half] [/one_half] [one_half] You are able to select by date options → click search You are also able to sort or group by name, department, section, employee type, leave type and also date apply. All this information is also exported out to a file. [/one_half]
